The standout point was undoubtedly its fantastic location-within walking distance to the bustling seafront and restaurant areas of the city, yet surprisingly quiet at night. My room was spacious, though I found the advertised images more glamorous than the actual space. The strong air conditioning and cleanliness made it quite comfortable. It wasn't just the room that impressed me; the hotel staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, truly embodying the warm Scottish spirit. Breakfast offered a decently varied buffet, perhaps even a bit too generous for my tastes, and was a great way to start the day. The pool area was a hit with my son, with fun lighting effects and a kiddie pool, which added an enjoyable touch for families. While it may not be the most luxurious offering out there, the combination of a large room, ample amenities, and an ideal location presents a sensible choice for travelers looking for value without sacrificing comfort.
